strange title.
Lots of red light/green light training and all that other fun stuff that
retarded folks like.
Main story revolves around Peter (the retardate) and Elba (the social trainer
with the big 1975 Afro). Great scenes ensue of retardates crossing streets in
NYC.
A film that will really pick up a party......you'll dig it the most!
